Linxon Americas held the Flexisphere 2.0 session on April 9th, 2025, continuing to align and organize our growth to ensure we execute on our commitment to our customers, shareholders, and employees. The introduction of FlexiSphere in 2024 marked the start of a dedicated effort to strengthen our operational foundation.

Over the past year, our teams across the region have turned strategic insights into action — refining how we operate, align, and focus on what matters most to our customers. Last year’s Flexisphere initiative allowed us to simplify our operating model and clarify roles and responsibilities across the entire organization, alongside our core service to customers. We set a list of actions that paved the way for our growth in 2024. This year, we have reflected on the results and actions taken to prove our commitment to excellence.

During this session, we reflected on the results of the actions taken and decided to expand the program to further improve our operational models. It was an engaging event where our Managing Director set the tone, emphasizing that preparing for ‘winters’ with strong disciplines is a recipe for success, bringing agility to market changes, the ability to adapt, set approach to challenges, ensuring collaboration towards One team – One mission concept, and increase our resilience.

FlexiSphere has provided a clear framework to plan, execute, and deliver complex infrastructure projects. It has helped us clarify priorities, work more efficiently together, and streamline our processes.
