Linxon’s Global Engineering,Technology and Services (GETS) team is proud to announce the inauguration of our Graduate Training program, which began on March 5, 2025, at our office in Chennai, India.
At Linxon, we are deeply committed to the continuous growth and development of our Graduate Trainees. To facilitate their journey from emerging talent to future industry leaders, Linxon GETS has meticulously crafted a comprehensive training calendar which includes a series of in-person training sessions, led by our in-house veterans.
This marks the start of an enriching and immersive learning experience for our graduates. These in-person training sessions offer a perfect blend of expert guidance, interactive learning, and hands-on experience, enabling our graduates to engage directly with industry professionals. Through this interaction, our trainees can gain an in-depth understanding of industry practices and standards.

As part of the training efforts, six emerging engineers from Linxon GETS in Chennai, including four graduate engineers, had the unique opportunity to visit a prominent switchgear manufacturing facility. This visit was an integral part of their training program, offering them a first-hand look at the entire manufacturing process—from design and engineering to final assembly and rigorous testing.
Witnessing the precision in manufacturing and engaging in discussions with experts gave us insights into innovative solutions and practical applications that help us correlate drawings with the physical equipment,” says Priyadarshini T, Associate Project Engineer – Linxon GETS.
