We are proud of our ongoing efforts to work safely across projects sites and offices, with 642 days without a recordable injury and over 545,028 hours worked safely. This reflects the strength of our A4S program and the discipline of our teams on every project.

The design of our A4S (Attitude 4 Safety) program is a direct reflection of this commitment, translating my experience into practical, everyday safety measures. Each of us plays a crucial role in identifying potential risks and preventing them from escalating. By staying vigilant and supporting one another, we ensure that safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.
