What does the new, larger Raleigh office represent for Linxon Americas?

The new Raleigh office is more than just a physical expansion; it’s a symbol of Linxon’s commitment to long-term growth and operational excellence in the Americas. It represents our investment in proximity to customers, access to talent, and the infrastructure needed to support increasingly complex grid modernization and electrification projects. This hub will serve as a center of gravity for our engineering, project delivery, and leadership teams, reinforcing our mission-prepared approach and dedication to results.

How does this move reflect Linxon’s momentum across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean?

Our expansion in Raleigh mirrors the strong momentum we’re experiencing across the region. From utility-scale substations to renewable integration in North America, and resilient grid solutions in the Caribbean, Linxon is delivering high-impact projects that support the energy transition. The new office enables us to scale our capabilities, respond faster to market needs, and deepen our relationships with key stakeholders across the Americas.

The Triangle is known for its strong universities and talent pool. How will Linxon leverage this ecosystem as the company grows?

The Research Triangle offers a rich ecosystem of innovation, engineering excellence, and emerging talent. Linxon is actively engaging with local universities and technical institutions to build partnerships, recruit top graduates, and foster a pipeline of future leaders. We’re also investing in training programs and mentorship to ensure our teams are equipped with the skills needed to deliver complex infrastructure projects with precision and agility.

Can you share examples of how Linxon’s projects in substations, grid modernization, and energy storage are supporting the energy transition in the Americas?

Absolutely. Linxon has delivered high-voltage substations that enable renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems that stabilize the grid, and digitalized infrastructure that enhances reliability and efficiency. For example, our work on utility-scale substations in Texas and Ontario supports wind and solar connectivity, while our energy storage projects in the Northeast U.S. help balance demand and improve grid resilience. Each project is a step toward a cleaner, smarter energy future.

Linxon was recognized as a Great Place to Work. How does this recognition strengthen your ability to attract and retain top talent?

Being recognized as a Great Place to Work for three years in a row validates our culture of inclusion, growth, and purpose. It sends a strong message to current and prospective employees that Linxon values its people and invests in their success. This recognition helps us attract top talent who want to be part of a mission-driven organization, and it reinforces our commitment to creating an environment where individuals can thrive, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.

As President and Managing Director, what motivates you most at this stage of expansion?

What motivates me most is seeing the transformation we’ve built, from a turnaround to a thriving, high-performing organization. I’m inspired by our team’s dedication, the trust we’ve earned from our customers, and the opportunity to shape the future of energy infrastructure. Every new office, every new project, and every new hire is a step forward in our journey to become the benchmark for execution excellence in the Americas.

Looking ahead, what is your vision for Linxon in the Americas over the next few years?

My vision is clear: to establish Linxon as the leading solution provider for grid infrastructure in the Americas. We will continue to grow strategically, invest in talent and technology, and deliver projects that support electrification, sustainability, and resilience. With our mission-prepared teams, expert-led execution, and customer-first mindset, we are building not just substations—but the backbone of the energy transition.

From Raleigh to the wider Americas, Linxon is building not only substations but the infrastructure that enables a sustainable, reliable, and resilient energy future
