Ghazal 230 kV GIS substation and associated remote end modification

The projects fall within the Saudi Electricity Company’s short-term plan to improve the stability of the network in the various stations. Linxon will extend the existing 230 kV GIS to provide power supply to the South Ghawar Gas separation plant, helping to increase the country’s usage of natural gas. To meet the additional line termination requirement in the existing substation, Linxon will supply the extension of 230KV GIS for 1 Nos Diameter for Saudi Aramco

1) 230 kV GIS Expansion -3 bays

2) 230 kV Cable Connection – 1 lot

3) Remote end modification for Ghazal and South Ghawar GSP
