Linxon is supplying an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract to Arizona Public Service (APS) for a new 230 kV high-voltage substation that will help APS to support the rapidly growing power demand. Under the terms of the contract, Linxon is responsible for the design, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning of the new substation, as well as the associated civil engineering and construction works. The project is expected to be completed by the end of Q4 2024.

The Goodyear Substation 230 kV project will support the expansion of a major data center in the Phoenix area, marking a significant milestone for the region’s growth and sustainability initiatives.
