Linxon recently participated in the Middle East Rail event held in Abu Dhabi on April 30 to May 1, 2024. The two-day conference brought together industry experts, senior executives and decision makers from across the world. With multiple country pavilions and over 250 exhibitors, the exhibition provided a platform for showcasing innovative solutions set to revolutionize the rail sector.

We proudly opened the exhibition with his Excellency Arthur Mattli, the Ambassador of Switzerland to the U.A.E. Our CEO Stefan Reisacher, and MEA Managing Director Hassan Merhi, discussed cutting-edge technologies and comprehensive services driving efficiency and reliability in railway operations with the ambassador. We delved into the latest trends, best practices, and game-changing ideas shaping the rail sector and our role in the industry.

Linxon also had the privilege of hosting His Excellency Fredrik Florén, Ambassador of Sweden to the UAE. Our discussions centered on rail electrification opportunities specific to the Middle East. Linxon team shared insights on driving positive change and shaping the future of mobility through innovative solutions.

Our management team actively participated in the conference. Stefan Reisacher, joined a panel discussion titled ‘Designing and implementing a sustainable public transport system.’ His expertise guided rail’s transition to a clean energy future.
