Last week, Linxon Americas was honored and thrilled to participate as one of the finalists at the Oceantic Network’s third annual Ventus Gala in Boston for the 2023 Ventus Awards. Linxon Americas proudly stood as a finalist in the Ventus Award for Engineering Excellence category, highlighting our contribution to the “forever first” Offshore Wind Project Vineyard Wind 1. Our involvement in this groundbreaking project includes providing engineering, procurement, and construction solutions that integrate Synchronous Condenser Technology into the first-ever offshore wind project in the US.

The event, the largest awards gathering recognizing achievements in offshore wind, celebrated the 2023 Ventus Award winners across eleven categories, including Innovation of the Year, Offshore Wind Leadership, the Viterna Award for Engineering Excellence, and the Heronemus Award for Outstanding Achievement in Offshore Wind.
