Based at Linxon’s office at Faridabad in India, Divya works as a cost controller for the company’s MEA projects – Ghazal, Al Badr, Tanajib, and Babil. “I interface with the project managers, supply chain group, and planners to forecast the project costs and revenue, meet cash targets to maintain positive cashflow, and present monthly projections of revenue, cash and costs to management,” she says.

She feels that it’s an exciting time to work for Linxon – a company she sees as flexible, growing and results focused. As well as being proud to be part of the sustainable energy projects, she is pleased that her job makes a difference:

“The impact my role has on the overall growth of the company is what inspires me to consistently better my performance,” she underlines.

Divya has been with Linxon for one year – and in that time, she’s already made an impact, having received an internal award for collaboration. She has been recognized for creating a structure around the way in which the project team and finance team communicate. This was then extended beyond the MEA hub to support other hubs like the UK and Nordics.

This aligns with her workplace values: “I believe the work environment should be dynamic and positive, with the team working as one unit, supporting and appreciating each other’s efforts.” She brings discipline to her day-to-day tasks and she also likes to be challenged with new roles and opportunities that allow her to broaden her knowledge and skills.

Furthermore, she sees Linxon as the place for her – both today and to meet her ambitions for tomorrow.

“My hope for the future is that the company will continue to expand, to standardize our practices and shape a culture where I can see myself grow and contribute to Linxon’s success,” she concludes.

And with the start she has already made, she’s sure to turn purpose and performance into a real positive.
