With nearly 20 years’ experience, Muay’yad is himself no stranger to stepping up and managing a team. His own career has passed through a number of roles since he graduated from the Jordan University of Science and Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2005.

Starting as a site engineer, he has worked his way through the construction manager role, and finally developed into project management. He’s also very familiar with the area of EPC contracting for various sectors – including substations, water conveyance projects, and on-grid wind and solar farms.

When asked about his own approach, he emphasizes the need for leaders to understand the strategic goals for their organization and keep themselves and their team aligned with this vision. He continues: “I believe that successful leaders exhibit courage, passion, confidence, commitment and ambition. They nurture the strengths and talents of their people and build teams committed to achieving common goals.”

Ultimately, what’s the goal for himself and the company, in his view? “I hope that Linxon continues its growth and expansion in power and energy, especially the renewable energy industry, and I wish to be an effective part of the journey, supporting that growth,” he underlines.

Having started at Linxon in October 2020, he has seen that the company has a promising future, based on a rich heritage. And he is eager to contribute to tomorrow’s successes. “I’m enthusiastic to be part of this future, using my experience as an added value. I’m proud to always make such a contribution in the work environment, and Linxon has given me the space to bring that value.”
